Flash Sheet No2 Black Limited Edition
A bold black-and-white tattoo flash-style linocut print from Elucidation Inc., combining eight classic symbols of time, craft, and creation. Each motif — an hourglass, ship in a bottle, sewing machine, gramophone, bee, gravestone, ink tube, and roller — is hand-carved and arranged in a traditional flash layout, balancing negative space and bold silhouette.
Printed in rich black Caligo Safe Wash oil-based ink on archival, acid-free cotton paper, each print captures the texture and character of hand-pulled linocut printing. The imagery speaks to cycles of making and mortality — tools, time, and transformation — all filtered through Elucidation Inc.’s distinctive blend of printmaking precision and traditional tattoo sensibility.
Each print is individually hand-printed, signed, numbered, and embossed with the Elucidation Inc. seal for authenticity.
Edition of 10

Your print is not framed, allowing you to choose something which will fit the unique aesthetic of your home.
As a direct consequence of this extremely analogue way of working, each print may have small variations, depending on the paper, ink, temperature, time of day or pressure when printed and this adds a wonderful quality to each print.
Your print will be lovingly packaged, firstly sealed in cellophane, then wrapped in tissue paper, your print is then layered between cardboard and posted flat or placed in a cardboard tube depending on size, to ensure it arrives with you as perfect as it leaves my studio.
