Lino Print Workshops

£45.00

Join a small-group, three-hour session at $%£@!, where you’ll learn the complete start to finish process of designing, carving, and printing your own Lino block using a burnishing technique as well as a press.

Learn to print your finished block using a single colour of Caligo safe-wash inks onto paper which you will leave with, a unique piece of handmade Art for your wall and maybe the beginning of a printing obsession. There will be refreshments provided.

Workshops are open to complete novices to Relief Printmaking or (even to Art) and returning printmakers alike. All the materials, tools, and inks you will need are provided. You’ll leave with your own finished prints and the confidence to continue your printmaking journey at home.

Each experience reflects the Elucidation Inc. ethos: craftsmanship, individuality, and the emotional connection between artist and print.

To register your interest or book a place on an upcoming workshop, email me or sign up below.

You might get messy, printing can be messy. I’ll give you gloves but it can get on your clothes and is devilishly difficult to get out. Wear some old threads or bring an apron.

This workshop is typically for adults but young people 16 or over are welcome with an accompanying adult and I am also happy to work with GCSE or A level Students if they would like to add an additional element to their coursework.

I’ll provide refreshments and very possibly cake
